Safeguarding at Valley View Ranch
At Valley View Ranch the safety and wellbeing of every young person is our highest priority.
Our ranch provides a calm, structured environment where learners can spend time outdoors, develop practical skills and build confidence around horses. Alongside this, we operate clear safeguarding procedures to ensure that every young person who attends the ranch is supported and protected.
All staff and volunteers working with learners are appropriately vetted and trained in safeguarding. We follow recognised safeguarding guidance and work closely with schools, families and local authorities where appropriate.
Safeguarding is part of everyday life here on the ranch. Our small group setting allows us to know each learner well and notice when someone may need additional support.
