Valley View Ranch is a rural property in a farm setting, and its characteristics are such that fields, arenas, parking areas walkways and paths may become uneven, wet or slippy and there is an increased risk of trips, slips and falls. By visiting Valley View Ranch you agree to take care and responsibility for yourself and accept that risk.
To the greatest extent permissible in law, by visiting Valley View Ranch you agree not to hold Valley View Ranch, the property owners or representatives liable for any accident, injury, or damage to property, howsoever caused.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Notice explains how we at Valley View Ranch use any personal information we collect about you.
What information we collect about you – When you make a booking with us we collect the names of all the guests who will be staying, the home address, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking.
How we use the information we hold on you – We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking. After your stay you may receive an automatic email from our booking system asking you for feedback. We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless you have authorised us to do so, unless it is urgent and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.
How is your data stored – All of the personal details you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored electronically for the purposes of administering your stay. We will not share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
Guest Registration – We are required by law to keep a register of guests and their nationality. If you are from a country outside the UK we will also require a passport number and address of next destination.

Payment processing – We accept card payments on our website and we may use Paypal or other 3rd party payment processors. Card details are not stored and are only used by processors to authorise and transfer payment.
